February is traditionally the month of love with Valentine's Day on the 14th. For many, it truly is a time of love and laughter,  but for some, it can be a painful if not challenging time for many reasons.  The pressures to be in a loving relationship is reinforced in social media and inescapable reminder to the singletons that perhaps they really ought to be coupled.

n this conversational workshop, facilitators Denise and Jaki will be posting a series of questions - is it better to be Single and Secure, Single and Seeking or Satisfied and Steady?
