Founder's Message
Meet Palma Black
Palma Black is the Founder and CEO of Soul Purpose 360. Driven by a deep belief that Black women are change-makers for building a more inclusive, resilient society, she created Soul Purpose 360 to be a community-driven organisation that offers safe, nurturing spaces for authentic expression, empowerment, and transformation.
With hubs across London and beyond, Palma has built an organisation that delivers real, measurable impact for funders whilst remaining rooted in the lived experiences of the women it serves. Soul Purpose 360 has been recognised as one of The People's Health Trust's most effective delivery partners, and Palma herself was awarded Bronze Winner at the Coach of the Year Awards 2024. In 2026, she is taking the message to the South Africa Black Coachers Conference as a Research Poster Presenter.
Her vision is simple but powerful: for Black women to stand up straight in their own light.
