About This Programme
Our Coaching & Mentoring programme is delivered by accredited coaches who understand the intersectionality of race, gender, and culture. Whether you are seeking personal clarity, professional growth, or community impact — this programme meets you where you are.
Sessions are available one-to-one and in small groups, and include our accredited DISC Psychometric Assessment to help you understand your behavioural style, communication preferences, and strengths.
