Why we do it
The World We Are
Working to Create
Black and global majority women face a unique set of challenges, shaped by the intersection of race, gender, and systemic inequality. Too often, they are unseen, underserved, and unsupported in the spaces that are supposed to help them.
Soul Purpose 360 exists to change that. We create sanctuaries, physical and digital spaces where Black women are not just welcomed, but truly seen, heard, and equipped to thrive.
And when Black women thrive, their communities transform. That is the ripple effect our work creates and why we do what we do every single day.
Coaching & Mentoring
One-to-one and group coaching and mentoring — helping women discover their purpose, build confidence, and unlock their potential. Delivered by accredited coaches.
Training & Workshops
Structured training programmes and community workshops — from self-development to resilience building, all designed around the real needs of our members.
Empowerment Circles
Safe, regular group spaces where women connect, be heard, and grow — run by trained volunteer facilitators in 11 locations across London and beyond.
Online Discussions
Digital community spaces and online discussions — keeping the sisterhood connected between in-person sessions and reaching women who cannot attend physically.
Advocacy & Partnerships
We advocate for the rights and recognition of Black women at local and national level — building partnerships with statutory, voluntary, and corporate organisations.
Networking Events
Social networking events, conferences, and retreats — including our annual International Women's Day conference and the Ghana Retreat experience.

Real Women
Our core services range from one-to-one and group coaching, mentoring, training, online discussions, and networking events — all with a view to creating and building projects, social enterprises, and local Empowerment Circles.
By delivering these activities, we strengthen the personal lives of our member clients — and as a consequence, they go on to lead and transform their communities.
Research & evidence
Social Research
Our work is grounded in evidence. Soul Purpose 360 is committed to generating and sharing research that deepens understanding of the lived experiences of Black women — and demonstrates the systemic change that community-led interventions can achieve.
We work with academic partners, funders, and statutory bodies to ensure our programmes are evidence-based, outcomes-focused, and contributing to the wider conversation about race, gender, and social justice in the UK.
