Our sanctuary
A Place to Call Home
Soul‑Full is a community wellbeing and creative health hub, designed to bring people together through learning, creativity, movement, enterprise and connection.
It is a space where Black and global majority women can come to be nourished, supported, and inspired. A place to come back to. To recharge. To allow your whole self to flourish, before returning to the communities of which you are an essential part.
From a community café to creative studios, co-working space to wellness rooms, Soul-Full is designed to meet women where they are, and give them everything they need to go further.
Mary Wedderburn Conference Room
A flexible, fully equipped event space for meetings, workshops, conferences, and community gatherings. Available for hire by individuals and organisations.
SoulWorks Co-Working
A calm, productive co-working environment for women who work independently or run small businesses. Hot desks and dedicated spaces available.
Wangari Creative Studio
Purpose-built studios for artists, creators, and makers. A space to produce, express, and collaborate — available for short or long-term use.
AFYA Wellness Hub
A dedicated space for therapeutic and wellness activities, including counselling and holistic therapies. Bookable by practitioners and individuals.

Food That Nourishes
the Soul
The Caribuena Community Café is more than a place to eat, it is a gathering point. A space where women come together over food, conversation, and community.
Our café is delivered by a specialist subcontractor Caribuena, whose work is deeply aligned with our mission, providing nourishment that supports the physical and emotional wellbeing of the women we serve.
Whether you are stopping in before a session, working from our co-working space, or simply coming for the company, you are always welcome at the community café. The café space is also available to hire.

Saturday: 10am – 4pm
Sunday: Closed
