Francine's Story
Francine came to Soul Purpose 360 carrying a great deal. She had a history of bereavement, stress-related illnesses, a heart attack, and a Type-2 Diabetes diagnosis — alongside depression. She was unemployed, on benefits, taking lots of medication, and every day was a struggle.
She was searching for meaning in her life but didn't believe she had it within her to create change.
The Turning Point
After a series of coaching and mentoring sessions through Soul Purpose 360, Francine's confidence and self-esteem began to grow. Supported by the Black Women's Networking and Empowerment Circle, she found her community — women who understood her journey without judgement.
That support became the foundation she needed to start believing in herself and what she was capable of.

A social enterprise that educates and inspires people to change their lifestyle and create better versions of themselves. Francine used her own journey as the foundation.
● Became a Facilitator for SP360 Lewisham
Francine now gives back to the community that supported her — holding space for other women to find their own path.

From unemployment and poor health to social entrepreneur and community leader — Francine's story proves that transformation is possible.
The Outcome
Using her lived experience as the driver, Francine went on to create lasting change — for herself and for others.
