Join our free workshop to learn about the factors that feed into your own "masking", and how to support your healing and mental wellbeing.
For our April SP360 Lambeth workshop, we’ve invited Mental Wellbeing & Transformational Coach, Maz Alexander to lead you through a supportive and empowering workshop called 'Breaking the Mask: Authenticity, Healing, and Mental Wellness for Black Women'.
Maz Alexander is a Mental Wellbeing and transformational Coach, Social Worker, Mother, Speaker and Author based in South London. She supports busy professionals and care givers develop and maintain healthy boundaries so that they can implement the self-care they need to live balanced, authentic and fulfilled lives.
