As women we are constantly juggling the different roles and aspects of every day life, carrying titles such as; mother, daughter, wife, partner, aunt, sister, niece, friend and employee to name but a few. Each comes with its own expectations on the self and from others.

With all these responsibilities, we often forget or believe we don’t have time for checking in with ourselves, our minds, bodies and our spirit. It’s time to give to ourselves.

In this informal workshop, we will be taking time out to rediscover who we are today and how we feel through the different experiences and changes that are taking place both within us and around us.
