About the event

People who struggle with imposter syndrome believe that they are undeserving of their achievements. They feel that they aren’t as competent or intelligent as others might think, and that soon enough, people will discover the truth about them.

Why do people with imposter syndrome feel like frauds even though there is abundant evidence of their success?

In this workshop, we will consider characteristics and causes of imposter syndrome, how to overcome it and explore possible coping mechanisms.

Join our Safe Space where you can feel free to share own experience. Bring a pen, notebook and an open mind ready to step out of the shadows of your own life!
