About the event
With funding from South West London (SWL) Voluntary and Community Sector (VCSE) Alliance, we are able to deliver 6 Health Focused Empowerment Workshops delivered by local health professionals from our community. Additional activities will include:
One-to-one health assessments with qualified nurses (blood pressure and BMI checks),
Member-led stalls promoting health foods like sea moss and aromatherapy oils, and
Leaflet stands offering advice on Black women’s reproductive health.
Our Wellness Hub practitioners will offer alternative therapeutic sessions such as Shiatsu and Reiki.
