Rachel Charles has led teams through change, navigated corporate environments whilst building businesses and developing her skills in inclusion, before pivoting to found 'Own Your Wings.' As a consultant, she works with local governments and organisations to create bespoke inclusion strategies and leadership development programmes, aiming to develop stronger leaders, empowered teams, and psychologically safer workspaces.
