I am the founder and director of 360 Lifestyle Support Network based in Lewisham.
I am a graduate of the Soul Purpose 360 coaching & mentoring programme.

Hi, I am Gloria,
I have been a Lewisham resident all my life...
I joined Soul Purpose 360 after attending an event in London and was inspired by the Black women in the network.
We invite you to join us in the Soul Purpose 360 network of like-minded Black women, with similar experiences, desires and aspirations from across the UK from where you can share and be supported, learn and grow, be inspired and have fun.

Clearing Clutter!
Join us for Part 2 on Clearing Clutter!
Cleanliness is next to Godliness is something that we used to hear often. But did you also know that a clear home can lead to a clear head and improve personal productivity? Sometimes keeping ones home clear from clutter can become a challenge in itself and can lead to low energy, low mood and even depression. Hoarding is now recognised as a mental health issue and a personal safety issue. Letting go of personal items can be very difficult for some.

Join us in this transformational workshop where Flavia and Roz will lead in celebrating ways to clear the clutter from our homes by overcoming personal attachments. You will learn strategies for maintaining a clutter-free environment as well as digital decluttering.
