Palma Black
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Palma Black is an award-winning social entrepreneur, coach, and the driving force behind Soul Purpose 360 CIC. With decades of lived experience and professional expertise, she founded SP360 to create the sanctuary she wished had existed for her and for countless other Black women navigating the complexities of life, work, and community.
A certified DISC Coach and accredited by The Coaching Academy, Palma leads the organisation with warmth, honesty, and an unwavering commitment to the women she serves. In 2026, she was recognised as one of The Big Issue's 100 Changemakers.

Soul Purpose 360 is member-led, we listen acutely to and respond to the needs of our members. Our local groups are run by volunteer facilitators who deliver first-class empowerment workshops to women in their communities, supported by the national body.
