Founder Palma Black will represent Soul Purpose 360 CIC at the Indigenous and African Wisdom in Coaching Research: Beyond Borders Conference in Johannesburg, this Summer.
"I am delighted to be invited to participate in this global event taking place in South Africa in June. To say I feel proud would be selling myself short."
Soul Purpose 360 Founder and CEO, Palma Black, will be representing the organisation at a major international coaching research conference taking place in Johannesburg, South Africa, from 11–14 June 2026.
The Indigenous and African Wisdom in Coaching Research: Beyond Borders Conference brings together coaching practitioners, researchers and global thought leaders to explore the role of Indigenous and African wisdom within coaching research and practice.
The event creates an important space to amplify diverse perspectives and expand the theoretical frameworks shaping the global coaching research ecosystem.

Palma Black will be attending as part of the international delegation and will share insights from the Soul Purpose 360 impact journey, from research to real-world community practice.
Speaking about the invitation, Palma said:
“I am doubly delighted to be invited to participate in this global event taking place in South Africa in June. To say I am excited is a massive understatement. To say I feel proud would be selling myself short. I am super excited to represent and share the Soul Purpose 360 CIC impact journey — from research to reality.”
The conference will bring together coaching practitioners and researchers from across the world who are helping shape the future of the profession through research, collaboration and knowledge exchange.
For Soul Purpose 360, Palma’s participation reflects the organisation’s growing influence within conversations around community empowerment, coaching and leadership development.
