The Story I Choose Now

The Story I Choose Now An intimate space to explore your story, your strength, and your becoming. This workshop supports participants in exploring the narratives they carry, particularly those shaped by survival, roles, and lived experience and gently guides them toward reclaiming their story and stepping into a more empowered sense of self. Using Psychologist Nzelo Ncube’s Tree of Life framework, the session includes guided reflection, group discussion, creative exercises, and gentle somatic movement.
It is a trauma-informed and culturally attuned space centring Black women’s experiences. Participants leave with: • deeper self-understanding • Practical reflective tools • An embodied sense of their evolving identity • The experience of being witnessed in a supportive space
