Soul Purpose 360 has received funding from The National Lottery Community Fund to upscale our services and activities. We are recruiting two posts to help us achieve our aspirations.
Local Groups Development Officer part-time)
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who has the ability to support our members to develop, co-ordinate and a stimulating network of local Soul Purpose 360 groups across the UK.
The individual will be tasked with developing local groups in a collaborative manner ensuring that they meet members’ goals of reaching and engaging Black and minoritised women to improve their wellbeing and enhance social inclusion. We looking for someone who is well organised and efficient with excellent communication and IT skills (especially Word / Excel / Canva) and has experience of fundraising for community groups. They will need to be a highly organised and a skilled communicator with the ability to create in-roads with community resources to maximise opportunity, for the people we support.
Marketing Officer (part-time)
We are also looking for a well-rounded, part-time marketing professional who can help us set up our full marketing approach for Soul Purpose 360. The person we are looking for will be a skilled communicator, social media savvy, enthusiastic, passionate about our cause. They will play a crucial role in delivering powerful messaging in our national campaigns to engage and empower Black and minoritised women across the UK. The individual will need to be self-motivated, highly organised, and efficient with excellent communication and IT skills (especially Word/Excel). Prior experience with Salesforce is not essential but we are looking for a candidate that has experience getting up and running with digital tools like Salesforce, quickly.
